Would you like to pick up a hammer and nails, or a saw and help create something which will benefit others?  The Missions Committee is the place to so this.  This committee attempts to provide the Beech Church congregation with opportunities both local (within Sumner County or Northern Davidson County) and foreign (further than  an hour’s drive away from the church – not necessarily in another country). 

 

We recognize that people need to hear the message of Jesus Christ, and we hope to share His love through our words.  However, we also recognize that Jesus often ministered to the physical needs of the people as well.  Our past missions projects have included building a house for someone who lost their home in the 2016 fires of East TN (foreign trip) and building a wheel-chair ramp for a church member (local).  We have engaged in other projects, these are only examples.  Our intention is to offer the church body an opportunity to use their hands and feet (and sometimes back) to change the lives of other people to the glory of God.
