The Personnel Committee is responsible for the oversight, review, and recommended compensation of the employees of Beech Church.  The Personnel Committee provides feedback to the pastor regarding other employees of the church, whether for disciplinary or edification purposes, as the pastor serves as the CEO of Beech Church, and is thereby the immediate supervisor of all Beech Employees.  While this committee provides information to the pastor, they also provide feedback to the pastor and to the Session, as the Session has final authority over the pastor and all employees. The Personnel Committee is composed of 4-5 elders of Beech church.
